Happy to be able to support students from TLC's Juvenile Literacy program! All of our students who successfully completed a Juvenile Literacy Center program in the Fall 2016 semester received a free desktop computer courtesy of our partners at Kramden Institute in Durham.

This past Saturday, Kramden Institute was kind enough to invite participants from all three of the Durham County schools participating in our JLC program (Brodgen Middle School, Githens Middle School, and Lowe’s Grove Middle School) to their facilities for a Computer Awards Day Ceremony.

Students received their free desktop computers and learned how to properly set up their new computers and accompanying equipment themselves thanks to the help of Kramden Institute staff. Check out the pictures from Saturday, and a big thanks again to Kramden Institute!
