			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>JC Tiglao has been volunteering with Kramden since 2010 and is the Management Team Member in charge of LCD monitors. When JC first began volunteering at Kramden we were experiencing a  LCD shortage and JC took the initiative to figure out how we could repair a portion of the broken monitors instead of sending them off to the recycler. JC now coordinates the monitor testing/repair process. Thank you JC for all your hard work!</p>
