Mark Dibner is serving as Kramden's Acting Executive Director during the period of fundraising for growth. Mark, and his son Ned, founded Kramden Institute in 2003 and he has led the Institute through most of its history and serves as its Board Chairman. Carrie Clark is Kramden's Director of Operations. She will work closely with the Executive Director, volunteer and paid managers, volunteers and Kramden partners to organize, implement and manage Kramden Institute's day to day operations. Carrie is a graduate of Meredith College in Raleigh, NC and comes to us from a few well known organizations including the American Red Cross, United Way and Goodwill Industries. Anna Johnson is Director of Events for Kramden. Anna oversees and executes all Kramden events and works closely with volunteers and sponsors to ensure that every event is a success! Anna is a recent graduate of Elon University where she earned a BA in Communications. Her previous experience includes volunteer management for the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Eastern North Carolina and working 6 summers as a counselor and head counselor at YMCA Camp Thunderbird.

DeWayne Williams serves as Kramden's Volunteer Technology Director. DeWayne is in his 28th year with IBM and has served at most Geek-A-Thons and on Kramden's SuperGeek Committee. Dewayne's son Jason and his wife Janet are also frequent volunteers for Kramden Institute. Dewayne has been helping to guide our technical operations at our headquarters and for our Geek-A-Thons and other special projects.

Alice Martinson is Kramden's Volunteer Director of Partnerships and works with Kramden Institute to create partnerships with companies, foundations, schools and other institutions. She is an experienced partner manager, project leader and organizational strategist. Alice earned her BA degree from Pitzer College in Claremont, CA.

Michael P. Shumake is Kramden's Volunteer Director of Education, working with schools and other groups to identify recipients, to help coordinate our Give-A-Thon events, and to assess the educational impact of our program. Mike is an English teacher in Wake County’s Philips High School and holds a Master’s of School Administration degree from NC State University and bachelor’s degrees in English and Secondary Education from Appalachian State University.

Jackie Morris is Kramden's part-time Grant Writer. She identifies, researches and writes grants for Kramden on a weekly basis. Jackie graduated from California State Univ. Fullerton with a BA in Finance. She earned an MS from California State Univ. Los Angeles in Psychology. Jackie’s background includes working for non-profits in clinical and program management roles. In her spare time she runs her own eBay store.

Josh Schumann is Kramden's part-time Computer Systems Tecnician. Josh provides both office and warehouse support, managing inventory and helping prep systems for recipients.
